Houston company to acquire NYSEG Solutions, Energetix

Houston-based Direct Energy, will acquire NYSEG Solutions, Inc. and Energetix, Inc., both wholly owned subsidiaries of Iberdrola USA for $110.2 million in cash plus additional working capital.
