DEC says $451M Onondaga Lake cleanup enters dredging phase

SYRACUSE — The massive project to dredge and cap contaminated sediments in Onondaga Lake is set to begin this summer, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Commissioner Joe Martens announced at an event in Syracuse today.
